Pros
- Lots of really nice people that want to do a good job - A feeling of contributing to something worthwhile and helping people - Colleagues with great attitudes, open to diversity, welcoming, friendly etc.
Cons
- Capricious leadership, changing minds too often and not allowing sensible and adequate time for changes to take effect - No focus on development of corporate staff - senior management like to pigeon hole people and are not skilled in assessing peoples talents and skills - Very top down culture with some very poor and even tyrannical senior leadership in places - Does not look after its employees in a supportive sense - Expected too much for very limited and uncompetitive pay (this has been improved now) - People fear for their jobs - No cultural core
