      Pros

      Great people and culture. Corporate run company with an entrepreneurial feel. Working in NY allows for lots of opportunity and face time with the people running the show. Tenured employees are well respected and regarded by other tenured employees. You can make your voice heard when you impress/ respect the right people.

      Cons

      Having to showcase yourself all over again whenever new management was brought on. Rather than look at your length of time and growth with the brand they choose to see a hurdle for change. Relying on people above your direct reports to keep you safe from the chopping block.

      Pros

      Amazing experience when I was there. The team was super nice, and HR made a great program for us. We even got to meet Kenneth and ask him questions.

      Cons

      While enjoyable, a slightly disorganized program; I definitely was sitting around pushing pencils sometimes.

      Pros

      The namesake is very involved and the office is beautiful.

      Cons

      Not very modern, stuck in yesteryear, the heaf of PR or whatever drove everyone insane - seemed to me to be performative, power thirsty and sucked at collaborating with the greater marketing team. Did the bare minimum, but did a good job at convincing the higher management she did a lot - Not very cool place to work because of people like this.
