Pros
Little overhead, startup-culture, fine and interesting people. No elitism.
Relatively free working time, ok work-life balance.
Freedom to choose between working as an employee or a sub-contractor.
I would recommend working here to two types of people:
(1) IT-beginners who wants to get some money, learn a bit, write experimental code and have some life, or
(2) Those who want to maximise their focus and commitment to other (own, unrelated) projects, and get some "reasonable salary" from Kendaxa, for little or part-time work.
Cons
Lots of resources were spent on projects with little potential to go to production or to earn money.
Management doesn't have neither experience, nor knowledge, nor vision in the area and environment they work in. The main focus is always "impressing investors" and "raise more money from investors".
