Pros
They have nothing but the best equipment. Everything is perfectly maintained. No shortcuts makes everyone's jobs easier in the long run. The shop is absolutely beautiful. Its more like working in a laboratory than a metal shop. They even put trees and plants on the shop floor to make it homier. Nice Touch! The whole place is like one big extended family. Everyone seems to care about everyone including the managers. The owner is a great guy that really cares about his employees. Might be the smartest person I have ever met. He is a bit on the brash side but i guess that's what you get sometimes. The Christmas parties are epic! I honestly would not want to work anywhere else.
Cons
They are pretty crazy about their phone policies in the shop. The pay is ok but could be better maybe?
