Pros
The products are still world class. Quite many nice people working there. Not so much bureaucracy in their fast decision making. Its located near Helsinki and they have remote office there too.
Cons
This company doesn't value educated professionals. Look at their board of managers. They value low education thus those can be payed less. If their EBITDA decreases, they easily lay off employees. A shining facade is much more important than the personnel with the outdated facilities.
