Pros
The best director I have ever worked under. John Burg was the reason I put up with so much for so long. He takes care of his employees and actually cares about people. Very rare at the director level.
Cons
Mid level and lower level managers were just in place nobody else wanted the job and they had done it at another insurance company before and brought their toxic leadership styles they probably got fired for with them.
