Communication is their strong suit, in the sense that you’ll strongly feel like you’re being left in the dark about everything important.

Need direction? Perfect! They’ll give you five conflicting ones at once. Looking for feedback? Well, you’re in luck, because vague criticism given months too late is their specialty. And accountability? Oh, they believe in it—just not for themselves. Career growth? Of course! Just not for you. But you’ll get plenty of opportunities to watch others (somehow less qualified) climb the ladder. It’s truly inspiring.
