      If it's between this company and unemployment, I guess employment is a pro?

      Cons

      Toxic management styles, all the way up to the CEO. Most CEO's take accountability for the company's shortcomings in public and save the criticisms for private, internal communications. Kemper's CEO straight up blamed employees for everything in his responses interview that was published back on 2017/2018 for the whole world to see.

      Customers and the work was great!

      Cons

      Pay, lots of miles on your vehicle, no pay for gas, micromanaging supervisors. They want you to lie to customers to make sales on insurance policies.
