      Pros

      I have worked in several departments during my 10+ years with the company. I have worked with great people and learned a lot. Well-paid. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Communication from management to staff could use improvement. Advising employees about major changes before they occur would be appreciated. Nothing else negative.
