Cons
Company doesn’t give lower level employees the credit they due which is really disappointing given the fact that they control a large amount of the company’s money. Upper management sets high exceptions which affect raises for employees and then wants to employees to focus on on high production due to the company being understaffed which makes it impossible for employees to meet their requirements for a good raise. There is a reason so many employees quit and upper management doesn’t pay attention, they just want to hire entry level employees with no experience and the experienced people have to pick up the mess they leave behind. If you want to grow in this company you have to be related to someone in upper management.
