Management is great. They don't micromanage and are understanding. If you ever have trouble they help and are patient of people of all experiences.
Cons
Just the client and technology they use. You have to keep time but that's difficult when in the middle of a call your computer needs to be restarted because the system for putting claims in shuts down or has issues/errors constantly.
