The upper management does not have enough claims experience to run the company and keep their employees. Their training needs to improve and have a clear structure on how they handle their procedures. Claims are moved around too much. They need to handle claims from start to finish. Also, too many meetings and reports. Allow your employees to handle their claims and customers. You need a better handle on how guidewire can help your company get up with the current way to handle claims.
