Outdated operating systems, needs technology update

Most people are very nice, great people to work with. But not everyone is like that.

Where do I start.. 1. CEO just released an interview a few weeks ago that stated he was trying to help his employees by raising pay to keep up with inflation. A current employee has been here for over 15 years and makes less than $20/hour. How is that keeping up with inflation? Multiple employees have to hold 2 jobs to pay their bills. 2. Favoritism, favoritism, favoritism. It’s all in who you know. 3. Good luck trying to advance in the company unless you know a manager of some sort. Training on new systems and advancing knowledge has been little to none for myself since about February of 2024.
