Pros
Awesome people that work together and get the job done. Always focused on making sure the job is done right the first time, because they know sloppy or erroneous work just causes problems for the next person in the chain. When things get bad, they get better.
Cons
Parent and sibling companies have little or no direction or focus. They are basically a leaking boat with too many anchors. Instead of listening to and taking direction from the people frantically - and SUCCESSFULLY, might I add - bailing out the boat, they push them aside and poke more holes convinced the water will drain out on its own... It's too bad that all they were interested in was the sales, the product and the customer base. The greatest asset Keltner had was its well-oiled machine family of employees...
