Flexible work schedules, potential to work remote. Good benefits, ability to work independently, bonuses when applicable, potential for growth within the organization
Cons
Always seem to be a step behind in providing adequate staffing. Need more Management support. Changes so frequently in Management seems a bi chaotic. Salaries and raises are below market. 2% ca hardly be considered a raise.
