There is nothing good about this company- would not take a job from this company even if it was the last job on earth give you a petrol card , tools and a van.
Cons
You work more than 12 hours a day and earn a basic wage .All this company is interested in is making money and they do not have the best interests of their employees- They give you work to do and don't pay you for most of the jobs. They take your jobs off you without a reason - you can end up driving for 2 hours to your first job and the customer isn't even in and you earn nothing or you can end up driving for 2 hours and the line doesn't even go in and results in no pay. You may only be given 2 jobs a day after driving for 2 hours which means low wage. Trying to get through to a manager is a headache- they don't answer your calls and give you excuses for everything. There is no management structure, so if you have an issue there is no one to get in touch with as you are self employed as they just give you the tools and a van. They have the option to contact welfare but majority of the time they have no idea of what to do and are under control of the manager in the first place . The managers have no idea about anything either. They are useless. You have to beg them for anything. If your van breaks down- good luck trying to get your managers help to fix it- If ATS are closed they tell you to pay for it yourself and they will reimburse you and you will wait around 2 months to get your money back- they do have an out of hours company but this is a huge charge to Kellys group so they don't go down that route. If you leave within a certain time or get sacked they will charge you a 500£ fee. They hold your wage and deduct fees from your wage without them even telling you. The worst thing is they give you a 2 week training course we're you learn how to climb a pole and very little about the actual work actually involved on the job It's a very stressful job and the managers make your life a living hell and even lie to you. Don't work for this company unless you are majorly desperate and this is your last resort. Trust me you will regret it. BASICALLY YOU ARE A SLAVE FOR THEM And THEY DON CARE ABOUT YOU AT ALL
