Unsure where they are going - Engineer Kellton Employee Review

Not sure they can deliver on their promises. Tend to look for people to blame when things go wrong. Feels very top heavy; another day, another senior management appointment. Glaring near zero diversity in executive/senior management ranks - all the same background and culture, all thinking the same, all making the same mistakes.
