Pros
The hourly rate is one of the biggest pros. Also the training that they give you has been far better then any other work from home job I have had. You are actually prepared for your job, and have lots of avenues of support available that help you in real time.
Cons
Their PTO system is not the best. Recently it changed that you had to have either 24 or 48 hours notice to use PTO and it has to be approved. Before you had to have 2 weeks notice to use it. There are no sick days. You can never wake up in the morning, be sick, and need to call off that day without taking an occurrence. Health benefits are not the best with this company but again the pay can make up for it at times. One of the big reasons why I am looking elsewhere is because there is way too much of "what you should of done" on a call when everything was done perfect. There is never a time really when they just tell you, "You nailed that call, way to go!". Let me clarify, it might state that on a call that someone listened too and graded. You only ever go over calls where you missed something or the customer wasn't happy. The customer could be upset about an Apple policy that you can't change and you have logged their complaint and done everything you can, if that customer responds to a survey negatively, you are told in a coaching of what you should of done better (when usually its nothing) and never mentioned what you did good on the call.
