Pros
Honestly not a lot to say that is positive other than some of the employees are nice and my paycheck didn't bounce.
Cons
This company treats its employees at all levels poorly. Most employees have worked there for many years never getting a raise of any kind. In fact the senior management team works very hard every year to decrease salaries promising that working even harder will allow you to realize almost what you made the year before. All the while each of the senior managers buy lake houses and have their planes painted. Lately the owner has lowered pay for most managers as an investment in building new buildings for his dealerships. Sadly many of his employees put up with this being afraid to complain or leave. I have personally witnessed retribution on employees. The benefits are mediocre at best. Best bet would be to think twice before you decide to work here.
