Pros

They have managed to hire some great resources from the Salesforce layoffs as well as some great talent across the ecosystem that are worth working with.

Cons

I rarely ever post reviews of companies, but this one is completely necessary. This is an extremely small firm looking to hire fast to bill hours - not caring how they treat their employees. In fact, if you're not "in" with the crowd at place, you are definitely out. Favoritism and nepotism runs rampant here which is never a sign of a good company. Expect high turn over of employees as this firm sees people as disposable resources not as humans who deserve respect, communication and leadership. Terrible management that uses pressure, fear and the praising of others to put down anyone else not killing themselves to do their jobs despite the fact that they tout "work life balance" and "flexibility". Immature and incapable leaders work here as they do not communicate well in any forum, lacking in true transparency and honesty. They are not competent, lack accountability, and seem to have no support structure in place to ensure these people know how to do their jobs.

We certainly understand that individuals have their own perceptions and are entitled to their opinions on any situation. However, I encourage people to do their own research when evaluating KA. KA is a Summit tier Salesforce Partner (the highest level), they aren't huge, but "Extremely Small" is untrue when looking at the relative size of Salesforce Consulting firms. KA offers multiple Social Clubs to encourage inclusivity, the leadership team is made up of individuals that were promoted from within, hired from completely outside of the industry, and hired from other consulting firms to bring open perspectives. KA utilizes a team-wide utilization rate and does not measure the individual on their own utilization rate, which is an attempt to encourage work-life balance where individuals know that the leadership team is not focused on how many individual hours they are billing. KA does certainly require individuals to be capable of the job they are hired for, especially at the Sr. level. They are constantly improving hiring processes to the benefit of the prospect and the company. KA is certainly not perfect, and will take any and all feedback as an opportunity to improve.
