1yThanks for your review. We're glad you enjoyed your clients and colleagues. We selfishly agree that we have the best of both! We're sorry to hear, though, that you think employee value and salary standards are poor. We certainly value our employees! We are in the business of client services, and you can't do that without people. We continue to focus on the employee experience and offer new benefits because we want every employee to feel valued, heard and motivated. We're also committed to continuously ensuring our pay is competitive in the association space, but we must do so in line with our budget. We will continue to invest in our employees as we grow.
