Pros
Great PTO, decent salary, attractive offices. There are still some great people and teams here who continued to try to keep the "Client First" attitude despite it slowly being ground out by the "bottom-line only" attitude that upper management prefers - but most of them are leaving or have already left.
Cons
Clash of cultures from various company mergers, none of which were ever well-adopted. Every office has their own ways, and training when offered was rarely standardized. Failures seem to largely be rooted in an association management company that is being run by someone who only understands trade shows and tight margins. Good Association Management requires that most if not all of the workers have a bit of breathing room to provide proactive and innovative customer service solutions, rather than being wound so tight that they can barely do their own jobs and can hardly ever help the rest of their team.
