Being able to do my job without supervision and helping people with disabilities to have a better quality of life.

Poor communication between administration and employees.

Interacting with the clients is rewarding.

Unethical business practices. Promised a raise for med certification, refused to pay after completing the course. Policies are are not enforced across the board, but at thier convenience. No value placed on good workers.
