Low salary, no increases in the salary, layoff of 20% of workers in March 2024 - effective immediately. Bad code quality, a lot of bugs, and no one checks the work of the juniors.

Keitaro is one of the best places I've worked, the workload is distributed fairly, projects are awesome, management is properly trained, the company has a universal positive look on the future of its employees. Great activities from the team and freedom to work remotely. Highly recommended as one of the best places I've worked at.
