      Not being in the office every day can make it harder to learn directly from the leadership team, but overall it’s manageable.

      Product works well and the organization is growing very rapidly. The team and culture has a focus of onboarding new customers. It's great to see a ton of support from leadership!

      Processes are not always defined. But I can see they are working on this frequently. It's also natural for a company at this stage.
