There is one pro - it's remote.

They micromanage; leadership doesn't know anything about running an accounting firm; they don't care about the staff or clients; toxic environment.

They let you work remote. If you like to be extremely micromanaged then you might like it.

Benefits are awful. They do not provide STD or maternity leave. They speak a lot about their values but do NOT put them into action. If you for some reason choose to work here, make sure to document every conversation because they will talk out of both sides of their mouth. Say one thing on a call and then claim they never said it. Also make sure to ALWAYS check your pay stub.
