The product is great. Every company needs this solution. High energy sales environment with good renumeration. Great product road map. The founders drive the company to succeed. Great local management direct and supportive to the team. Focused and results driven company with a supportive C-Level exec team. Monthly target driven environment so only sign up if personally driven to succeed. This company is poised for strong continual growth!

Cons

No clear work from home strategy. Push to the office can is very inconvenient. Office is in Cork Centre with no free parking. Office acoustics are a nightmare. Internet is slow.

Pros

The team members were one of the best parts of working here. They were knowledgeable, supportive, and always willing to help each other. Many of my coworkers genuinely cared about doing great work and creating a positive experience for customers.

Cons

Unfortunately, the work environment created by management was the complete opposite. There was a lack of professionalism, poor communication, and inconsistent leadership. Managers often created unnecessary stress rather than supporting employees, and concerns raised by staff were frequently ignored. I also witnessed and experienced behavior that felt intimidating and, at times, crossed the line into harassment. Instead of addressing these issues, management often dismissed them or failed to take appropriate action. This created a toxic culture where employees felt uncomfortable speaking up and morale suffered.
