As a contractor, this experience was disappointing.
I completed the requested work, submitted my invoice, and expected payment according to the stated terms. The invoice amount was only $150, yet nearly two months later I was still following up to determine the status of payment.
I was later informed that invoices must go through an approval process before payment is issued. Had I known the payment timeline would extend this far beyond the invoice terms, I would have made a different business decision.
I take pride in providing prompt, professional service to my customers, and I expect the same level of professionalism in return. Unfortunately, this experience has caused me to reconsider accepting future work through this company.
