Constant staff turnover for years prior to covid. Leadership, board members included, are aloof to day to day operations and lack basic understanding of KAB's programs. What the ED says goes, no matter how little he understands. HR is run by a staff member who serves as ED's personal assistant and prioritizes appeasing him above all else. Stress is high and constant amongst the staff. Many former staff will tell you it's the worst place and leadership they've ever worked for.
