Management was routinely absent and unreachable. Appointments were made with members of the community, board members, and prospective interns by management with management being absent and unreachable during appointment times, leaving interns to try and work out difficult situations. Management expressed biased, dated views on issues of race and gender. Management maintained inappropriate relations with staff. Management used company resources for personal reasons and to subsidize personal connections, unrelated to work. Management used company resources to procure items for personal use solely by management. Management aggressively berated volunteers, community members, and interns on a regular basis.
