Good place to work. Good salary. A lot of opportunities to develop myself. A lot of training courses to take a certification. The best company of Software Testing.
Cons
Not very well organized company. Needs more company certification like CMMI, ISO and anothers. Would be interesting to have a more organized orgazination process.
