      Pros

      I am lucky that I am with a good bunch of lads and we all get on , once with the company long enough the company car and things are a big saving , your very like being self employed what you put in you get out

      Cons

      The basic wage is shocking so very reliant on the commission , within the group you are a number and I have heard of people getting replaced over very small things

      Really busy and varied work, always something challenging to get on with, management look after everyone and there's good benefits to working here.

      Competitive Salary. That is about it.

      Cons

      The company only cares about sales, very little to no support from managers. Very odd CEO, Decisions are made from ancient working structures and no progressive stances as a company.
