Good compensation and you can trick the system. Lots of consultants tag to teams without doing much but getting promoted anyways
Cons
It used to be a firm with ambitions and great people. They all left leaving a misaligned leadership making poor decisions and planning, hiring and firing randomly, acquiring new verticals with zero integration
