Kearney offers an excellent work-life balance, which has been instrumental in maintaining my productivity and well-being. Also a shout out to my manager Kamalesh Giri. The environment created by by Kamlesh, fosters growth and mutual respect, allowing team members to feel both supported and empowered. Kamlesh, in particular, is not just a great manager but also an exceptional leader and friend, guiding the team with professionalism while also being approachable. There are ample opportunities for professional development, which further enhances the positive work culture.
Cons
One area of improvement could be the perks offered to developers, which are not quite on par with those provided to consultants. Aligning these would help in maintaining equity across teams.
