Pros
The culture is very down-to-earth and welcoming, and junior level consultants are all friends outside of work. The relatively small size allows you to take initiative on owning your career and pursuing the people/projects you want to work with/on. There is not much hierarchy and all levels (including very senior Partners like board members and regional leads) are easily accessible.
Cons
The firm is (rightfully) focusing on elevating the ATK brand, but with growth in size and prestige there has been a lot of Partner poaching by other firms. The culture really is so special and hopefully it remains intact throughout the growing pains!
