Pros
Commitment to placing an employee in a new position when current contract expired. Would bridge the time gap between assignments by putting you 'on the bench'. Salary and benefits continued, while a new assignment was found. Gave management incentive to place people, made employee feel secure and gave an opportunity to take advantage of online learning to sharpen and update your skill set.
Cons
Company changed when it was acquired by Caritor Inc. an Indian company using Keane as an on-shore face only. Don't care about consultants and don't try to hide it.
