Pros
Friendly colleagues and a comfortable office environment.
Cons
The workload was heavy, and the expectations for speed were very high, even for new employees during the probation period. Although work-life balance was frequently emphasized, it was often difficult to complete the workload within regular working hours.
When work could not be completed on time, the feedback tended to focus on employees' efficiency rather than whether the workload was realistic. New employees were expected to adapt quickly, with limited time to fully understand the processes before being expected to perform at the same pace as experienced colleagues.
The progress was monitored very closely, which created additional pressure while the new employee is still learning. Overall, the environment was very fast-paced and stressful, and it was not the right long-term fit for me.
