      Cons

      This company has a terrible work culture. Everything is done manually, and there is no proper system in place. They have no professionalism, and the manager is extremely rude to employees. They don’t give any bonuses or even small gestures like sweets on festivals. Worse, there are no leaves on Indian festivals—they expect employees to work like machines without any appreciation. It feels like they don’t care about their employees at all. On top of that, they are not ethical with client data, which is very concerning. Overall, I would not recommend working here or doing business with them. They need to seriously improve their work environment and ethics.

      No hierarchy, you can reach the top management directly for any thoughts you have. Best place to gain knowledge and work for any department you will for We can learn how to handle problems and also solve them Very good mentor to work under Best part is, management is very transparent and no politics around It's up to the us to get the benefits out of the work culture and improve our skills for all the freedom we get here.

      The culture of the company is amazing. Working for the company has been great so far. The products are ever evolving and there is so much to learn. The CEO and manager are very transparent in all aspects, approachable, always ready to listen and help. The experience has been fantastic so far.
