      -Superb Car Park -Nice Office -Some nice staff members

      Cons

      -Can’t walk on the grass across the car park, have to walk on the road. -Owners running it as if it’s 1970 -Profiteering from the NHS during COVID-19 -Encourage clients to purchase OH services, yet they offer ZERO support to their own staff.

      Working for a family-run business has been a positive experience , you're treated fairly and not just seen as a number. Senior management are open to feedback and actively listen to suggestions for improvement, which creates a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
