Cons
Kayrros is closer to an analytic or consulting firm than to a tech company. The projects are conducted without well-defined development steps. Tests are often bypassed and products shipped under pressure. They want to do more, with less. There is a real lack of HR consideration towards tech profiles, compared to managers. Evolving as project manager is the only option encouraged by the company if you want to gain responsibility. The internal communications try to be transparent, but are in fact not professional and send confusing signals. A lot of internal problems are still unaddressed (compensatory time, weekend duty, tech ladder, …)
