Pros

Fridays off early (in rotation with others) after you hit 90 days Opportunities to leave the office and get away 1 person can bring a dog on Fridays.

Cons

The owner is so superficial and rude while constantly making comments about people's weight, image, etc. The management isn't really "management" it's very unorganized and when you are told to do something make sure you note who told you to and when bc the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing and you'll be blamed for something you were told to do. If you're blonde you have a better chance of the owner, Katrina liking you just for being blonde. Also applies if you're skinny. Don't be fooled by the "fun" dress up days or theme days. It's only for a quick picture to post on social media to pose as a fun company and never is actually "fun" but make sure you humor Katrina by telling her how much you love her costume or you'll quickly become one that isn't liked. The turn over is so ridiculous and should be a given as to why you shouldn't work for them. They make excuses and lie to people when asked about former employees no longer being there. No matter what you do, it's not and will not be good enough. Save your sanity and time by not applying or working here. A promotion to them is a title change with more work but not a pay increase. Employees are replaceable and treated as so. Employees are their little puppet under their control until your puppet strings break and can't take it anymore. Everyone in the building knows your business before you even do. The managers will tell everyone and act like they didn't.

Pros

They worked with my schedule very well. Never gave me a hard time about being late if I had an issue with my kids. Great management and great staff.

Cons

The pay was not what I expected.

Pros

Good career starter Looks good on a resume Get birthday's off

Cons

Works their employees into the ground with no benefits. (The above comments who said you get good benefits are clearly lying.) While they do provide medical, dental, etc, you pay so much for it that it's almost as if you're working just for insurance! Upper management is suspicious of anything and everything you do, they do not trust any of their employees. Was told flat out by upper "everyone is replaceable." Take detailed notes about what you are told in regards to a project, because you may be told to do a project one way one day and then get in trouble the next for doing it as told, but somehow management forgot what they said...You will be fired if they do not like you, regardless if you do a job well done. Will act like they care about what is going on in your personal life, until they have decided it's time you get over it and then will be critical if you cannot make an after hours events because you are dealing with family issues. Turn around is ridiculous! By the time you meet someone and train they are either getting fired or moving on because they can't take the obnoxiousness any longer. Management told certain employees they do not like them being friends outside of the office, yet encourages office kindness and generosity (a little contradictory, don't you think?)
