The atmosphere is very collaborative and collegial. It's an place where you're given a lot of independence to creatively problem solve. It's an exciting environment where you feel like your work is contributing to a much needed sector of e-commerce.

Things are growing so fast it's hard to keep up with the workload. They need more dry erase boards!

none that matters if one's not getting paid.

The co-founders as dishonest as they come. They routinely lie about when and how much they will pay their staff- starting from "conveniently forgetting" to mention that we won't get paid on-time nor fully, and keep delaying their promises to catch up. I am not the first employee they did this to, nor the last. They still owe me thousands of dollars.
