It can get very stressful at times and slackers will not be tolerated. I see this as a pro, but some may not. One person's standard of the level effort may differ from another.

Katalyst has been my favorite company to work for in my career (out of 5 different companies). I've been hear longer than any other company. They are small and nimble and things change frequently, but for good reason. I've seen them invest in their employees for further career development, leveraging consultants to assess motivators and core competencies and work to align those with the needs of the company. This is paid many dividends in my own career and finding a great fit with what I'm good at and what will best serve the company. I enjoy the people I work with and hope to stay for a long time to come!
