Pros
- The startup environment gives you opportunities to get your hands dirty with - Some managers are good, while others are just there for no reason - If you are a Vietnamese, this is the best company for you. But if you are an Indian my apologies are with you.
Cons
- The CRO/President is the most indecisive person on the planet. He doesn't care about anybody but reducing the costs. - The company shelled out appraisals at 2-3%. Many hardworking employees were told they are not even eligible - The VP of Sales has no direct sales experience. She is hated by everyone but people just pretend to listen to her useless advice on pipeline review meetings - There is tremendous amount of micromanagement. They will say that they trust you, but they don't. - If you are joining from India, then they will recruit you via DEEL. And trust me DEEL is the worst platform to work with for all your HR needs. You dont have any rights as such - There is too much centralisation of power in every department. The culture supports working on weekends, and unnecessarily stretching your work hours. - They are not hiring people in leadership positions from months and all teams are struggling due to lack of capable leaders. - The customers are also not very happy with the constant changes in features and price that keeps happening.
