Set working hours - provides a good family / work balance Great support from management Health / Pension benefits Ability to grow and expand my knowledge

Cons

In my role, 2 hour sessions are delivered to customers, can sometimes be overwhelming with a short break in between. ( this is being reviewed by management ) No work from home option - have to submit requests via a portal

office politic heavy, if you're not liked or make an impression - you may never make money.

It is a job, yup

Cons

-Big work load -trained in multiple departments with no extra incentive, you have to manage a word load of multiple different departments. -voice is not heard as an employee -management is constantly changing, in my 2 years of being there, I had four different bosses -as long as you kiss butt to management, you will get promoted
