Pros
The channel partners and business model is very interesting. The company is trying to corner an MSP industry with a pretty substantial TAM.
Cons
-Every decision, large or small has to be fed through a micromanagement system that delays any productivity while holding any good idea ransom until management can claim credit for it -Career Opportunities are strictly based on preference and politics, completely independent of capability, talent. If you are willing to kiss the ring, you will move up. If you dare question decisions, you will be in the penalty box. -Very limited compensation structure, we were acquired by Kaseya and constantly reminded in meetings how "overpaid we were", implying little opportunity for upward mobility -Zero diversity is encouraged, no ERG's or any type of groups are allowed, but they do have a charity that allows you to donate to stray dogs and other stuff. -Senior management is a bit delusional, numbers and metrics seem to be manipulated in an attempt to incentivize employees. No real direction or transparency is provided, despite them claiming transparency. Little is shared -Horrible work life balance expectations: I was told multiple times that in order to succeed at this job we needed to be available nights, weekends, and at any given time. Emergency or not, if leadership calls you MUST answer, and yet somehow you cant get them to answer an email, accept a calendar invite, or respond to a chat for days about simple decisions, even during business hours.
