      In multiple townhall meetings the CEO came off as a coke addled sociopath who used excessive cussing as a way to seem edgy Proclaims to be anti-politics while quietly gutting all of the employee resource groups designed to support/speak up for marginalized groups especially the LGBT+ community Forced a very fast ham handed return to office with only 5 business days notice Repeatedly insulted leadership from prior to the merger (read: corporate takeover) while patting themselves on the back for how

      easy to make money if you don't mind dealing with politics and are likable

      office politic heavy, if you're not liked or make an impression - you may never make money.

      It is a job, yup

      Cons

      -Big work load -trained in multiple departments with no extra incentive, you have to manage a word load of multiple different departments. -voice is not heard as an employee -management is constantly changing, in my 2 years of being there, I had four different bosses -as long as you kiss butt to management, you will get promoted
