      Good pay, you are respected/valued, for what you are and what you do. Not just management, people around you will appreciate for the good things you do all the time. Healthy work environment.

      Nothing at all!! I have spent 10 months and no concerns so far.

      office politic heavy, if you're not liked or make an impression - you may never make money.
