All of the good people get driven out and leaves behind some of the most toxic sales professionals I have ever come across. The only way to be successful or get promoted into management is by bootlicking the VP. It is a soul sucking place and the products also never work so you end up being more of a support agent than a sales person. Certain managers as well will act like your best friend in front of your face but tear you down behind your back.
