      Nothing good to say about company culture

      Cons

      Kaseya bought Datto in 2022 and proceeded to hollow it out, laying off good managers and principal engineers and creating a toxic work environment that "encouraged" most Datto folks to leave.

      easy to make money if you don't mind dealing with politics and are likable

      Cons

      office politic heavy, if you're not liked or make an impression - you may never make money.

      It is a job, yup

      Cons

      -Big work load -trained in multiple departments with no extra incentive, you have to manage a word load of multiple different departments. -voice is not heard as an employee -management is constantly changing, in my 2 years of being there, I had four different bosses -as long as you kiss butt to management, you will get promoted
